- A set of practical tools, activities and useful tips for the development of the disabled learners’ capacity of communication, self-awareness, creativity and expressions, entrepreneurship, use of online platforms and prevention of the risks that it is possible to encounter with the use of the internet, organizational skills and responsibility.

The guidelines are the result of the cooperation among professionals, educators, social
workers and volunteers that work on inclusive activity for adult people with disabilities in 5
different organizations and countries, with the aim to support the work of the social workers
in guiding adult learners with disability (who are involved in the project) in actively participating
in a collaborative economy. Despite the specific field on which the Project is focused on, this
guidelines offer a set of practical tools, activities and useful tips that more in general can be a
valid instrument for the development of the disabled learners’ abilities.
2. How to create a Portfolio
An individual portfolio is something like a visual curriculum to be constructed together with the people with disabilities, to support them in understanding the their own identity, so that they can determine their choices in the most assertive way and with a view to achieving their life goals.
