Blended mobility by Fundatia Crestina Diakonia Filiala Sfantu Gheorghe

The blended mobility hosted by the Romanian partner has been developed from the 12th to the 16th of November 2021 with the participants from Uniamoci Onlus physically in Sfantu Gheorge and the other connected on Zoom. A special way to conduct a blended mobility due to the Covid pandemic, still limiting our opportunities of travelling and meeting in person. The topic of the blended mobility was the Tiffany-stained glass making technology and especially the use of this technique to create simple jewels and Christmas Tree decorations. The first day has been dedicated to the drawing of the project and making the tracing of the sketch, the next day the participants chose the colours and cut the glass; on the third day, they worked on Grinding and appliance of the copper wire and the next day has been dedicated to tinning, polishing or varnishing, and cleaning of the glass window; on the last day, they made some practice and they created gifts. Exhibition of Models for Sustainable Towns (produced during CEB parntership meeting) at Bremen

  Two groups at Bremen social institutions took part in the blended mobility organizied by our partner Go Green Skopje. Our friends there shared instructions to construct the model of a sustainable town, to get information about this and to discuss the questions arising from this issue. The two groups took a quite different approach, one constructed and decorated the proposed materials, one took an independent way to visualize sustainable living conditions. Both very colourful models were later presented to the Bremen public, first at the city center in Kapitel 8 Information Point and later at the central reception area of Friedehorst foundation. We share pictures about these exhibitions and the construction work.

Some sessions about the development of self-awareness for the users of Associazione Uniamoci Onlus

In June and July, we carried out some activities from Guidelines “How to develop self-awareness”  produced by Collaborative Economy without Barriers – CEB. The aim of this set of instruments is to help social workers to develop self-awareness in people with disabilities through exercises, suggestions and activities. Self-awareness is the ability to see ourselves clearly by introspection and it is very useful for the personal development. Being self-aware gives us the possibility to discover what is important to us, what we like and dislike and what we want. It is incredibly significant when we have to make a good choice in our lives and it makes us more proactive, with a better self-esteem and capable to see things from the others’ perspective. The activities proposed during June and July are: “My self-portrait”, “Rate yourself”, “Me over time”, “Flower self-analysis”, “Be able to say no!”, “If you were a business product”, “What about me”, “Yes or no”.
