Transforming something old into something new: Upcycled flower-pots workshop part 2.0

Following the workshop we had on March 5, when we up-cycled old tin containers and turned them into plant pots, we organized another workshop on March 12.

The aim of this workshop was to plant special made greeting cards made from recycled paper and plant seeds with some soil and water in the previously made plant pots.

The users had the chance to learn more about planting and making cards from recycled paper.

First, we put some moist soil in the plant pots:

Then we cut up some greeting cards which are made from recycled paper and plant seeds and put them in the soil:

Finally, we finished by adding another layer of soil and pouring some water:

Here are the finished products:

We put the plant pots on our window shelves so they will be able to soak up all the sunlight
