Online blended mobility by Santos Mártires

Due to the pandemic, our blended mobility organized by the Portuguese partner was held online. The mobility started on the 4th of April and lasted until the 8th of April.

On the first day we watched a video related to a Self-Determination session, which was followed by an explanation on the idea of portofolio construction and we all had to construct a personal portofolio. We all had to fill out a document that contained personal questions.

On the second day we had a workshop about craft paper construction. We had to make a paper pulp that we would use to make models. We did this by cutting and tearing paper into small pieces and soaking it in hot water to make a paste out of it. We grinded and squeezed the paste until we could form a ball out of it. After that we added powdered paper glue and let it rest for 12 hours.

On the third day we did an activity called "Our choices". During this activity we were shown images and we had to choose which ones we prefered. For example: nature or city, cats or dogs, etc. During this we had to reflect on our inner selves and on our preferences that cause feelings of well-being and happiness.

On the fourth day our paper pastes were ready to use and we started modelling. We made balls, bowls, and other things.

On the fifth and also last day, the Portuguese partner, Santos Màrtires, shared a video with us. This video was a guided tour through the historical herritage of the Sé church in Braganca, promoted and guided by one of their users. The methodology used in the video demonstrated how it was possible to find a strategy for one of their users to become autonomous and being able to find a useful tool for integration and a possible professional activity.
