THE AIMS OF THE PROJECT
To lay down the barriers to collaborative consumption, collaborative production, collaborative learning, collaborative finance through:
A joint training event for the educators/occupational therapists/social workers of the Partner Organization.
5 learning mobilities for adult people with disability and/or with social obstacles aiming at the accuiring relevant skills about handcrafting, green services and ICT.
Common local workshops addressing 15 adult people with disability and/or with social obstacles on the principles of collaborative economy, self-awareness, enrolment in on-line platforms, communication and safety.

The project is a three year Strategic Partnership for the exchange of good practices among the staff of the five involved organizations. The project is coordinated by the Associazione Uniamoci Onlus (Italy). Further project partners are:

WHAT HAPPENED SO FAR?
To get in the mood for Christmas, at the middle of December, we made Christmas decorations from recycled materials, here in the Iris House. It was a productive, creative activity. Everyone had a great time!
The first workshop implemented our experience in making candles.
At the second workshop, based on the idea of sharing economy, people with and without disabilities designed and created Christmas decorations made from recycled glass, pieces of art that are unique indeed.
Blended mobility by Diakonie Bremen on-line. This activity was guided by our German partner by using zoom. It lasted for five fantastic days.
On the first day the beneficiars made some schamanic instruments called Rainsticks by upcycling and decoration. These instruments are originally made from cactus plants and thorns. Everyone enjoyed the creative activity!
On the second day the groups worked on Building concrete planters and light holders.
On the third day activity contained a Virtual Tour at Bremen, sightseeing, including the Fine Art gallery. It was an interesting progame!
The fourth day activity was decoration of porcelain cups/pottery. The participants could choose to decorate their own caffe cups or a new one. We had a great time with a lot of fun!
On the fifth day the participants made some other virtual tours (Bremen Europapunkt and Bremen Vegesack and Worpswede and an artist‘s view on the landscape) and created dreamcatchers, 3-D Greeting Cards and Unique Envelopes.
Virtual mobility – guided by the Macedonian Partner Go Green in Uniamoci Onlus. It was formed from six different activities.
The first virtual activity was about to re-use of old magazines and creating envelopes of them. It was a creative, relaxing activity with a useful output.
The second virtual mobility – the groups used plastic bottles, to create colourful plant pots with animal shapes. During this activity the participants had a lot of fun!
The third virtual mobility contained the re-use pf plastic cups. From this basic material they created abstarct and simple figurative mosaics. This activity needed creativity the knowledge of forms. Everyone had had a great time!
During the fourth virtual mobility, beneficiars created coasters, using cardboard and fabric. This was also a very simple and creative activity with a useful output.
The fifth virtual mobility was dedicated to the creation of face masks in different models using as raw material T-shirts.
The sixth blended mobility was about to creating birdhouses from tetrapack and colours. The atmosphere and the results were amazing!
Blended mobility by Go Green Skopje online. The activity was held online by using zoom and guided by the Macedonian Partner. This activity lasted for five days. The theme of the workshop was to discover how to make our cities energy efficient. The final result was the creation of a 3D model of a sustainable city. Each training session was composed of two parts: a theoretical one and a practical one.
The first activity (on the first day) was about deepening the topic of air pollution and starting the building of energy efficient houses using cardboard and glue.
The second day activity was dedicated to the concept of energy efficiency and the practical building of an energy efficient school for their cities:
On the third day the theme was energy source. The participants build wildmills and solar panels. After finishing the creations they placed them respectively in the countryside, around the cities and on the roof of the buildings.
On the fourth day, the participants discussed about the concept of sustainable transport (people, bicycles, cars, buses). They also created decoration for the city.
Last but not least, the topic of the last day was waste. As a practical part the groups finished the
decoration of their city.
Virtual mobilities – Fundația Creștină Diakonia Filiala Sfântu Gheorghe
The first virtual mobility was about the theoretical part of the stained glass technique, in particular the Tiffany technique.
The second meeting was about the creation and decoration candles, by using different techniques:
Mosaic candle making
Decoration with dried plants
Christmas tree decoration made of wax
Candles decorated with Christmas napkins
Table decorations with candles
Blended mobility by Fundatia Crestina Diakonia Filiala Sfantu Gheorghe. It was hosted by the Romanian partner in November. We had guests – the participants from the Uniamoci Onlus Organization from Italy.
The topic of this mobility was the Tiffany-stained glass making technology. The beneficiars created simple jewels and Christmas Tree decorations. It was a more complex activity. Firstly, they planned, drew the sketch. The second day was dedicated to choose the colours and cutting the glass. The third day activity was working on Grinding and appliance of the copper wire. On the fourth day the participants tinned, polished and cleaned the glass. On the fifth day, they practiced and created some gifts.
From the 13th till the 17th of June, Associazione Uniamoci Onlus hosted the project "Collaborative Economy without Barriers-CEB" in Palermo. During this activity they improved the ICT skills of the users that were participating, did handcraft activities and showed the participants around the city.
The first day was about name games, knowledge games, about the expectations of the participants for the week.
On the second day the IT training started. The beneficiars learned about the basics – accessibility features, how to change the language of the electronic device, how to change the colour and the size of a text. What is more, they learned about the usage of Google Chrome. In the afternoon they made handcraft activities – coasters from plastic bottle caps and pin cushions.
The third day started with handcraft activity – making plant- and candle holders from glass jars and strings. It was followed by the IT training, the topic was creating e-mail accounts and writing e-mail.
The fourth day started with learning how to use Canva. For this program they had to sing in with their e-mail adress, which they created the previous day. The beneficiars had to do two exercises – to create a birthday card and a wedding invitation.
The afternoon was about handcraft activities again. Firstly they painted pages with one colour. After that they tore up it in small pieces to make mosaic out of it. Other activities were that they splashed paint drops on a piece of paper with a brush and for the last activity they dropped different colours of paint on a piece of paper which they had to spread over the paper with a piece of cartoon.
The last day was about relaxing. In the morning the participants visited the seaside. After arriving back, they had some free time. In the evening the group met again and made the final evaluation which was followed by the final dinner.
Blended mobility – guided by Academia Santos Mártires. It was a workshop about making craft paper. Firstly the participants cut the paper into small pieces.
After that they mixed it with water and glue, then spread into a frame, decorated and let it dry.
The next day they cut the appropriate shape from it and sewed the papers. As a result they got diaries from carft papers. It was an interesting activity! Everyone was satisfied with the results.
Presentation about the basic threats and methods on personal safety in social media. It included the following topics: fishing, internet scams, malware, cyberstalking, cyberbullying, online predation, obscene/offensive content, sextortion. What is more, the presentation offered some tips for safety use of online platforms with strong passwords, private profiles, limited personal information, do not send private pictures, private friend list, limited using of online platforms, …etc.
Presentation held by psychologist in the Iris House. The topic was „Get acquainted with the forms of communication and their role in everyday life”. The activity started with a pairing game (names of famous pairs are written on sticky notes and attached on the backs of each participants, then they have to find their pairs without talking). It was followed by the “Cordless Phone” and the “Walk – reaction to the instructions and mistakes” activity. In the end, was a reflection and talking about its lessons.
